[G12] Kaons in the fitter multi = true tune

Greetings,

I was kindly asked to include kaon parameters into the Kinematic fitter. 
I have done so, however it should be noted that these parameters were 
extracted from Johann Goetz and I make no disclaimer that I know they 
work other than they were done by Johann Goetz. It should also be noted 
that these parameters should only be used for multi = true.

I also found old multi = true pion parameters and have included them 
because we know multi = true for pions is currently being questioned. I 
make no claim that they work. multi = true for g12 pions still needs to 
be investigated. Hopefully someone will take interest in this and 
contribute this to g12..(wink wink FSU).
