[G12] G12 TOF/ CC/ EC studies

Greetings,

The analysis that Ibrahim did on the CC, TOF and EC was inaccurate. 
Mainly I was not able to reproduce the plots he showed and "fixed".
To be specific, the TOF study I produced does not have the structure his 
does, this is because I do my TOF study without knowledge of the CC or 
EC system. I do not include these systems because they are after the TOF 
system.

Once the inefficiencies/dead region for the TOF are accounted for, the 
CC no longer has dead PMT's. Ibrahim showed and "fixed" dead CC 
segments, but the CC segment was not as fault because that area of the 
CC was adjacent to an inefficient paddle or DC area.

This TOF inefficiencies/dead areas effect the EC system and was removed 
prior to my EC analysis.

I strongly suggest not using Ibrahim's conclusions as they are 
misleading to the true cause of the inefficiencies.
