[G12] Phi Kinematics

Greetings Ken,

I have corrected the plot, and it is now on the wiki.
What had happened is that SAID differential Xsection is only valid until
2.6 GeV, in order to get statistics to this energy, I interpolated the
differential Xsection until 2.81 using SAID's differential Xsection and
another experiments total XSection. I had intended to not include this
in the final result, but I had forgot until your email. I had also
intended to place a cut on the lower beam energy of all events greater
than 1.2 GeV, this cut is due to a discrepancy I saw in the flux
information.

Thanks
MK
