[G12] task list for completing the g12 analysis note

Hi, All,

Per today's discussions, we are in a good position now to complete the g12 analysis note which should be referenced by every g12 analyses and paper.

What's either missing or completed are below, followed by the person who is responsible for that:
1. Lepton-simulation Specifics: MK
2. Detector Element knock-out: MK for EC/CC knockout, and the theta_phi based TOF knock out.
	2.1. TOF knock out based on sec and paddle numbers: Rafael
3. Fiducial cuts (DC geometry): Jason
4. Beam polarization information (and helicity information, etc): Jason
5. Xsection
	5.1 Lepton xsection (pi0), for the whole g12 energy range
	5.2. hadron xsection (Lambda) for Egamma> 3.6GeV

Next week, we should discuss when these items will be finished.
