[G12] g12 analysis procedures note

Hi g12,
Carlos and I talked with Eugene just now about his scheduled talk on
Friday. The understanding is that this talk is generally about the
procedure of making a single note from which all analyses can follow and
maybe not so much about the status of g12 itself. So the outcome of our
work with Eugene, Raffaella, Mike Dugger and Yordanka will not only be this
document for the g12 experiment, but also a template for future clas12
experiments to follow.

Now, we don't have a template yet. Eugene has some vision of this document
and we can guess, but it will surely be quicker to show him what we have
and get feedback as soon as possible. So, I would like to post the document
we have today. I have already added the TOF knock-out section from Rafael,
but we are still missing the fiducial cut section from Lei.
