[G12] IMPORTANT: please reclone clasdoc-g12-procedures

Hi all,
If you have cloned the clasdoc-g12-procedures repository any time before
6pm Sunday November 30, 2014. Please clean this out (remove it!) and clone
the repository once again. I removed the report.pdf from the history which
reduced the repository size from about 250MB to 160MB. The most recent
version of the pdf file will be kept on the wiki as it was before.

If you are an *expert* with git, you may rebase instead of removing and
cloning.
