[G12] hadron 2015 g12 talks

HI, Guys,

We know at least four students from g12 will be giving talks at the hadron 2015 (Will, Rafael, Hussein, and Aris). We agreed today at g12 meeting that the slides should be available at least one week in advance. In addition to making it ready for collaboration approval, we will also use the g12 meeting to discuss the slides if necessary. The actual practice talk might not be feasible if it takes too long.
