[G12] Analysis note MK update

Greetings,

I have made changes to the G12 analysis note. Specifically how to perform the geometric fiducial cuts, EC bad strip write-up and procedure to remove bad strips and also added a section on the target density. I will add more later, but I would like to upload my changes, but cannot read the little figures on github. Can someone instruct me?
