[G12] Instructions to compile G12 note on a Mac, without Macports

Greetings,

I have finally the capability of compiling to note on a Mac. This was 
performed on OSX 10.8.5

First install a full version of MacTex
https://tug.org/mactex/

Install TexStudio
http://texstudio.sourceforge.net/

Once both are install, open the preferences pane of TexStudio, click on 
Build
Use the following settings,

Build & View: DVI->PS->PDF Chain
Default Compiler: XeLatex
Default Viewer: PDF Viewer
PDF Viewer: Internal PDF Viewer (Embedded)
Default Bibliography Tool: Biber
