[G12] EC calib and eff

Greetings,

Please do not assign this to me.
In my analysis I do use quantities of the EC, I onyl use the fact that 
it was triggered.
I would reassign this to someone like Ibrahim and Paolone who use the EC 
quantities.
Also, Ibrahim has an analysis note that Paolone is on the committee for, 
please talk with them and un-assign me.
