[G12] g12 review

Greetings,

Not to be stand-off like, but the statement that
"
The TCS analysis well known to the g12 run group - and while the 
treatment of some some subsystems (TOF, EC, CC) are specific to the TCS 
analysis,
"

Is entirely incorrect. There are a number of people who were working 
with lepton PID prior to the start of the TCS analysis, one of them 
being on the review committee for TCS. Currently there are 7 analysis's 
in working progress and 3 more in waiting involving the g12 lepton PID 
scheme. The scheme involves the CC, EC as well as the nominal g12 setup.

Now I know I pleaded several times for better communication with the TCS 
analysis in the g12 group in the past years. It would be a tremendous 
help if that expertise can assist g12 in the completion of the umbrella 
note.
