[G12] Official Submission of g12 Analysis Procedures CLAS Note

Greetings,

The reference to my dissertation is incorrect. At the time I wrote this 
section for the note, there was a section in my dissertation on the 
lepton ID procedure.
As for the reason we call it the g7 ID, please change the reference to

I was unable to find this on the CLAS note archive.
