[G12] g12 cascades clas note status

Hi guys,
Here I have the most recent version of the Xi-* clas note. It starts with
the report that we want to publish (4 pages text, a few more for images),
followed by 50 pages of exposition concerning procedure and systematics. I
don't expect much of this to change. When reading this, please keep in mind
that any "would be nice to do" items *will not get done*. I am only
interested in the "what needs to be done."
