[G12] Multiple photon - Track Inefficiency correction

Greetings,
The new version was my attempt to make a correction when a person uses
all photons that are within the timing window. Meaning if an event has 2
photons, that event is broken into 2 events.
This new version is broken at the moment and I will correct it when I
get time.
