[G12] Sppprt letter for Xinying CLAS membership

Greetings G12,

Xinying Song has applied for CLAS membership. It is required for her to 
have a letter of support from a spokeperson(s) of G12. For those that do 
not know Xinying, she is;

a post doc at Forschungszentrum working on eta'->pi+pi-gamma with the 
g12 data.
She is also the person who is verifying that the missing files that were 
found are valid.
She also was the person that I was working with to recook the missing data.
She will probably be the person I work with to solve the missing Flux files.
She has attended the G12 meetings for months.

To make that list shorter, I think we should all get behind supporting 
her CLAS membership.

I believe Bryan McKinnon will be requesting this letter in another email.
