[G12] G12 Normalization

Greetings Chris and Zulkaida,

We missed you at the g12 meeting. We were hoping you be present to 
discuss a possible error in the normalization of the track efficiency.
Would you be available for a discussion, via Bluejeans, before July 11, 
2016 (next g12 meeting)?
