[G12] G12 analysis note submission..PLEASE READ!!!

Greetings,

I will be submitting the g12 analysis note to the archive.
The note was given the designation CLAS ANALYSIS 2017-101.

Before I submit final version, I had to do a few edits. They are as follows:

Added CLAS ANALYSIS 2017-101 to the header.
Removed track-efficiency correction section, as they were not approved 
by committee.
Removed all red-highlighting that was part of our "version 2" editing.
Reformatted the structure of the file to compile easier on other 
machines. (Tested only on TexStudio and command line compile :) )

The GitHub repository has been updated accordingly.

I will be submitting this version, if no objections, to the archive
