[G12] Limited membership approval

Dear All,
Just a clarification on the procedure for limited membership request/approval. As detailed in article II.C of the charter (https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/claschair/CBdocs/CLAS_COLLABORATION_CHARTER_Apr2019.pdf <https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/claschair/CBdocs/CLAS_COLLABORATION_CHARTER_Apr2019.pdf>), the request for limited membership has to be made to the CCC by one of the spokesperson. All spokesperson must be informed. Once the request is received, the CCC will vote on it.
