[G12] 3pi analysis review

Folks, don’t fall off your chair.  The 3pi analysis review committee has approved the 3pi analysis note.  It has been a long time in the works, but I hope the Ad-Hoc review moves much quicker.     We had earlier prepared a draft PRL which is available on the analysis review page, and we are updating the draft to take into account review committee inputs.   We will have a new draft Monday which I plan to send to Marco.   I will also send it out on the g12 list.
