Hi all,
We are starting to get substantial flux information from the proper execution of gflux. Unfortunately, we are still getting a high failure rate on the farm. I have modified the usual g12runs script to provide information on which runs have complete flux information on the farm.

See the help output if you are interested:
/home/clasg12/local/scripts/g12runs -h

Notice that to get the list of runs (production and single-sector triggers) where every file has been successfully and fully cooked AND which has the final flux numbers you would run this command:
g12runs -i -tpass1 -tflux

to get the same thing for just the single-sector data you would add the -tsingle option:
g12runs -i -tpass1 -tflux -tsingle

to get the same thing for just the production-trigger data you would add the -tprod option:
g12runs -i -tpass1 -tflux -tprod

I still haven't tied the flux calculation script to the new files. This is being worked on now...

--
Johann T. Goetz, PhD.
jgoetz@ucla.edu
