[g13] dodgy set of runs in g13b -- beware

Hi Daria,

Thanks for pointing this out! It is very interesting. Paterson actually 
documented the new energy in his comment in the run data base. I will 
reclassify these runs. However, if the data quality is not good, we need 
to make a note of it in the run list. Are all the runs in this range 
problematic?
