[g13] cooking status and resubmission

Hi All,
A brief update on the cooking etc.

Edwin is looking at the DC calib problems with runs
~53352-53396
~53600-53620
When these are recalibrated I'll resubmit all jobs in those range.

In the meantime I'm submitting jobs in the ranges
53396-53600 (1722 jobs)
and 53620-54000 (don't know yet - not too many)
At the moment I'm resubmitting jobs where there was absolutely no output 
on the silo.
We can consider other failed combinations later when we see the proportion.

Also, in the runs prior to 53333, where the RF offset looks wrong in the 
anahist, I've checked the Calib DB. The RF_offset calibration constant 
was certainly over the whole run range - so that was not the problem. 
I'll look into that further.
