[g13] cooking status and resubmission

Hi Ken,

basically I modified the calibration constants for run ranges:
53346-53390 and 53591-53630 (the constants were written into the
database last Thursday).  I just submitted some jobs to check the new
residuals with those constants.  I'll let you know when I'm done
checking those files.  That should be no later than tomorrow....
