[g13] cooking status and resubmission etc

Hi All,
I've resubmitted all the jobs in the range 53620-54000 where there was 
no output on the silo from the 1st round. That's about 1000 files.

Also, in the runs prior to 53333, where the RF offset looks wrong in the
anahist, I've checked the Calib DB. The RF_offset calibration constant
was certainly over the whole run range - however 53333 was the point 
where the trigger changed, hence we may need to adjust some offsets for 
this. I cannot devote any time to this until after the EINN09 
conference, which is next week.

If anyone else can look at those timing issues in the meantime, I'd be 
grateful.


Re. the linear polarization, I'll try and write some sort of improved 
procedure before the end of the week.
