Hi All,
The latest batch of resubmission jobs for g13a finished last week. I've
put a file listing the numbers of raw, cooked and missing BOS files at
http://www.jlab.org/~clasg13/countbos_star.dat

All decent raw BOS files should produce 3 cooked BOS files, except for
the last file in the run. Lets assume the last file produces, on
average, 2 bos files (though it is actually a bit less).

Let's ignore runs which produced only 1 raw BOS file.

In the Range 53333 - 54000 (ie. after trig change to end of g13a)

The total no of Runs = 498
The total no of Raw files cooked = 25566
Expected no cooked BOS files ~ 76200 (3*25566 - 498)
Actual no of cooked BOS files = 75385
Proportion of files cooked > 98.93 %

It also seems that much of this will not be fixed by job resubmission.
For example run 53424 seems fine up to A24, then after that produces
only a single cooked file per AXX file.
Also, the no of events per file increases by almost 20% at that point.

There isn't time to start worrying any more about these details. It
looks like we have cooked >99% of the useful data. I will now look at
the timing offsets for the spell before the trigger change.

Cheers,
Ken
