Hi Harut,
For g13b the files are split between pass1/v1 and pass1/v2

For runs 54000 - 54144
The ntuples  are in /mss/clas/g13/production/pass1/v1/PAW/

For runs 54182 - 54999 they were included in a tar file with the skims 
to reduce the no of silo files.
The tar files are in 
/mss/clas/g13/production/pass1/v2/TAR/skims_054XXX_AYY.tar

To extract the ntuple from the tar file we need to do this (for example):

 >jcache /mss/clas/g13/production/pass1/v2/TAR/skims_054919_A00.tar

 >tar xvf 
/cache/mss/clas/g13/production/pass1/v2/TAR/skims_054919_A00.tar   nt*.hbook
