[g13] meeting on Monday

Hello Everyone,

Let's have a g13 meeting as usual on Monday at 10:00 (EST) in F226.

It would be nice to summarize the progress on the preparations for the 
recooking on g13b, and in particular the status of the work on the 
tagger, ST, and TOF.

Also, please note Simon's talk later in the afternoon.

*Resonance Electroproduction in a Light-Cone Quark Model *

A light-cone quark model of the electromagnetic form factors for
transitions from the nucleon to baryon resonances is described.
Results for low-lying resonances are shown and compared to recent
extractions from pion electro-production data.
