[g13] Sector 4 problems in g13b data

Dear g13,

Analyzing the azimuthal dependence of the deuteron photodisintegration
in g13b, we found surprising problems with Sector 4 (150<\phi<210).
Practically all the proton distributions in Sector 4 differ essentially
from corresponding ones in other sectors. In particular, in
http://www.jlab.org/~nivanov/Preliminary_mass.ppt
both the TOF and missing mass distributions of the proton are presented
for sectors 3 and 4 (at \teta>40). One can see a sizable difference...

Do anyone know what takes place in sector 4?
TOF problems?
