[g13] comparison btw g13 & g10

I've compared the cross section (d_sigma/d_omega) between g13 & g10,  
but removing the final state interaction corrections from Wei Chen's  
g10 analysis (was previously comparing with it in place).  Here are  
the results (vs cos(theta), red = g13, blue = g10):

It looks like something funny is still happening at the back angles,  
but at least the overall scaling problems are removed.
