[g13] g13a cooking - pass no changed to v3

[Ken Livingston]

Hi All,
I'm about to cook runs 53164 - 53332.
I've changed the version to v3 in the ~/.cshrc file, So all cooking will 
now go into pass1v3 on silo, work and $cooklinks.

I've submitted a single run file first and email g13 when it's finished 
we can check everything first.
The submitted file is /mss/clas/g13/data/clas_053312.A00
