[g13] Tagger

Hi all, 

I have uploaded an update for the Tagger calibration under the agenda for todays meeting. The link is:

In few words:

-Tagger calibration is complete for the entire g13b run (including Hydrogen run)
-Have not heard back from Ken regarding the issue with the bad RF for runs 54731-54770
-No dead PMT were found through out the g13b run. The right PMTs for runs 54421-54456 seem to be behaving upnormally.  Eugene recommended to look at the RAW files and see if the problem is still there. The plots I uploaded from the monitoring histograms that are produced during the run are consistent with those produced with the calibration software. 
Eugene, do you have any ideas of what the problem could be and how we can fix this?
