[g13] Tagger

I looked at the raw TGTL and TGTR banks from these two files. Clearly 
there is a problem with TGTR and it is coming and going. Roughly a half 
of the events look ok, the other half is messed up.

To recover those runs I suggest to fall back to single ended 
reconstruction, disable all right PMTs for T-counters and use only left 
side.
