[g13] Beam Line Position

  Hi Nick,

This looks very nice! I am not sure I quite believe the last points 
(which I guess corresponds to the runs with reversed torus setting), 
though. Perhaps zero would not be a bad approximation for those? Did you 
have a chance to check how the MVRT fits at the target agree with our 
setpoints at the two BPMs?
