[g13] pass 2 cooking update

Hi All,
We're edging our way towards cooking pass2.  The farm was mostly out of 
commission over the last few days, but is now back.

The 1st full cooking job has just completed and needs checking by all 
interested persons.

The good news is that on the ifarm64 node the job took  only 3.5 hrs to 
complete. The log files are at on the clasg13 CUE account. Apart from 
some details of getting the outputs copied and jput to the correct 
places, everything seems to be working. But I'd like some checks to be made.

$COOK_LINKS/pass2/v0/LOGS/run_054392_A01.out and
$COOK_LINKS/pass2/v0/LOGS/run_054392_A01.err

I'd like all concerned to look at the log files and check that the 
output of the following looks sensible:

glfux -who?
sync - paul?
user_ana - anyone who needs to use it.
monitor - slave
daria_ana_thing - daria
dst stuff - ken
anahists - all

Also, it there's an output file of interest to you please check that it 
seems to be correct.

eg. in /mss/clas/g13/production/pass2/v0/
now mostly cached

also in
/work/clas/clasg13/pass2/v0/

... but some things failed to get in there that problem still needs to 
be fixed in the cook scripts. They'll be in the tar file 
/cache/mss/clas/g13/production/pass2/v0/TAR/skims_054392_A01.tar

Question to be answered
Do we need all these outputs.
Do we have all the banks we need.
Any banks we can drop.
