[g13] bos banks for removal?

Paul,
the xx1 banks (except EC1) are intermediate banks and can be deleted 
(all calibration programs that need these banks can generate these banks 
easily ~1-2ms/event).
If you have the SCRC bank in the output, you can skip SCR,
and if you have STRE in the output, you can skip STR.
TGTL and TGTR need a lot of space ... I would skip them.
