Hi all,

I have put some plots regarding the tagger calibration on the wiki page:

I would like to get your input on this, but we could go over the details on tomorrows meeting. In general, the issues with the tagger calibration that show on the cooking of A01 files (pass2v0) are not so simple to solve. Specifically, some runs show that the tagger calibration is not done when you look at specific files in a run, but when you look at other files, these runs are perfectly calibrated. Correcting for the bad-calibrated files within a run is not a good idea since this will affect the calibrated ones. The plots I put online show exactly this. Also, I have spend a lot of time trying to identify a double-peaking that occurs in the left vs right plots, but again this seems to be due to the fact that different events behave differently even within a file.

There are however, some things that I can attempt to fix. However, my concern is that runs that look calibrated now (just by looking at A01 files) might not look calibrated at then end due to the fact that different files show different calibration. When I did the calibration, I used three different file A00, A05 and A19. I guess the only way to make sure that overall a runs looks calibrated is by looking at the entire run.
