[g13] Tagger

Hi all,

I finished with the tagger calibration "touch-up", so as far as tagger goes, we are ready to start cooking. I was also able to check two files per 10 runs for the entire g13b and everything looks OK. I focused on checking .A10 files since during calibration I was mainly using A00 files (and A01 except when I needed more statistics -- ci calibration-- where I used A19 as well) .  From the files I checked it seems that we wont have many runs that show inconsistencies in the calibration between files (other than the ones previously indicated). I also tried to fix the ones with inconsistencies but again we will see how these behave when we cook all the data.
