[g13] Tagger

Hi Ken,

I have noticed that the e-counter calibration was not consistent as the calibration of the t-counters. This was because I have previously calibrated only one file per 50 (or 100 in some cases) runs. For this reason, I felt much more comfortable redoing the e-counter calibration for every 10 runs (and in the meantime checking for everything else). Having said this, I think we will need to recook all A01 files. Will this require a lot of extra time/work?

I was also able to check two files per 10 runs for the entire g13b and everything looks OK. I focused on checking .A10 files since during calibration I was mainly using A00 files (and A01 except when I needed more statistics -- ci calibration-- where I used A19 as well) . From the files I checked it seems that we wont have many runs that show inconsistencies in the calibration between files (other than the ones previously indicated). I also tried to fix the ones with inconsistencies but again we will see how these behave when we cook all the data.
