  Hello Everyone,

Now that many g13 analyses are fairly advanced, presentation outside of
the CLAS working groups as well as various publications will become more
common. Since your current informal guidelines often have been
forgotten, I would like to suggest that we agree on a few and put them
on the wiki so that they will be easy to find. A suggestion is included
below.

Best Regards,

     Pawel

1. The rules apply to all formal presentations (excluding seminars and
colloquia) and publications (including conference proceedings and arXiv
papers).

2. The authors always need to follow current CLAS rules. For questions
and clarifications, please contact the chair of the respective working
group (hadron spectroscopy or nuclear).

3. The underlying analysis for any presentation / publication must have
been presented, in its current form, to the run group at one of our
weekly meetings.

4. Presentations and draft publications must be circulated to the run
group mailing list at least one week prior to circulation within the
CLAS collaboration, the deadline, or date of presentation, whichever
comes first.
