[g13] cooking failed

Hi Pawel and all,
Half way through the latest batch of cooking I looked to see the state 
of the output. None of the root-based code worked because 
/site/root/5.24/Linux_RHEL5-i686-gcc4.1.2 disappeared. I don't know why. 
Basically this means that none of the skims got created!

I noticed this just before the farm stopped for the weekend. I'll have 
to recompile all the root codes against the newer version of root. The 
BOS files and anahists are OK, but the rest is junk. We can wipe that 
volume and start again, or just choose a new subdirectory.

Let's discuss it tomorrow.
