[g13] monitoring

Hi All,
The monitoring plots have completed for all the A01 files in the 54600 - 
55147 range, and are starting to fill up for the other jobs submitted.

I've moved the previous one to label pass2_v1old to leave them for 
comparison.
I've also added a cron job to update these timelines on a nightly basis.
