[g13] monitoring

Hi All,
The monitoring plots are at
http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g13/monitor/monitorwrapper.html

before 54600 all files are cooking, and the gap will gradually fill.
after 54600, only that .A01 files are cooking for now.

Please check these. If you need a clear picture to zoom on, the root 
file for each can be downloaded by clicking the name on the left. Open 
the file in root and do C->Draw(). Then you can zoom on the graphs.
