[g13] g13a ST calibration Info

Everyone,

For the ST calibration of g13a, I have made a new run range list based a
bit more off the run list on the g13 wiki site. It also gives some
information on the current progress and future plans for its rechecking:

The missing cooked files are mostly not included in the g13 run list. In
most cases, I just won’t include it in my run list.  However in the red
run range of my list, three of the runs are in the g13 run list. Not a big
deal. I could probably just cook them myself later.

If anyone sees an error, please give me a correction soon.  I will be
submitting new cooking for the calibration within the next few days (after
I check some other cooking results).
