[g13] cooking of g13a A01 files

Hi All,
I did a test yesterday which was successful. I've submitted all the A01 
files for g13a ( runs 53164 53994). They are running now. Should take a 
few days.

I've made a couple of changes:
Not running Daria's code any more, since it was for linear pol.
Saving the fill DST to the silo.

On the wiki I've already written up (over a year ago) the description of 
how to do the cooking - with full description of the job creation 
script, job submission script and tutorials.

Still to be written up on the wiki:
Description of how use the scripts to produce the monitoring histograms.
Description of how use the to check the cooking and resubmit failed jobs 
etc.

Still to do from g13b pass2 - resubmit failed jobs etc and cook some 
small run ranges where the calibrations were still being redone.
