[g13] Error message when attempting to upload file to g13_secure wiki

I get an error message when I try to upload files to the g13_secure  
wiki:

"The upload directory (/group/clas/www/clasweb/html/rungroups/g13/ 
wiki_secure/images) is not writable by the webserver."

Is this related to the clasweb server migration?  Should this be  
forwarded onto clas_offline?  Or can we just simply change some  
setting ourselves?
