[g13] A10 files cooked

The start counter looks fine except maybe paddles 13 and 14 in range (1)
of g13a, which seems to be drifting more than in the previous pass3/v1.
They are probably ok since almost all of the runs in this range are still
below 0.1 ns. The constants have not changed since then, so I think this
is mostly be due the somewhat larger recalibration ranges used and some
odd drifting in just those two paddles.
