[g13] Monitoring Historgrams

Everyone,

You can find the monitoring histograms for the latest g13a runs here:

There are 3 new links; pass2_v2, pass2_v2_A00 and pass2_v2_A10. This was
done to illustrate any variation within a run.

I will add the monitoring for the anahists tomorrow.
