[g13] Photon Polarization

Hi all, 

The polarization tables are in the clasg13 work directory:

/w/hallb/clasg13/nicholas/PhotonPol/PolTables.tgz

I have corrected a couple of things since our meeting (made sure that the photon energies in the tables match the E-counter ID). 

The only table still missing is the 1.3 GeV nominal coherent edge position with electron energy 3920 MeV. I will send out an email when this is complete.

now includes an example on how to retrieve the coherent edge position, polarization plane, and radiator from the EPICs bank. It might also be useful to retrieve the electron beam energy...
