The latest Fiducial Cuts, Trigger Efficiency Code, and PID cuts (along with a few other things you guys probably aren't interested in) are located at:

This is not stand-alone code; it is meant to be executed within the BANA analysis framework (Hall-B CLAS-6 analysis framework built on JANA).  If you are guys are interested in using BANA let me know (it is designed such that you can get your analysis to ROOT TTree with minimal work) (you need to do a 32-bit compile of the CLAS and JANA code), otherwise you'll have to rip the relevant code out into your own stand-alone functions.
