[g13] clasg13 Contaminated .cshrc

Someone has contaminated the clasg13 account's .cshrc file on ifarm1102 with additional, build-specific environment variables (e.g. ROOT, ROOTBEER).  Build/implementation-specific variables should not be automatically set on login because they are not appropriate for all use cases: they should be listed in separate files and sourced separately as needed.  I have deleted these variables, as they interfere with the g13 cooking environment set in /home/clasg13/env_svn_centos62_64bit.
